📜 Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Delhi Mobile Spa (operated by Rohit Kumar). By booking and using our services, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). These rules establish a safe, professional, and clear agreement between the client and our staff.

1. General Agreement

This agreement covers all mobile massage and spa services (“Services”) provided by Delhi Mobile Spa within the Delhi-NCR region, delivered at your requested location (home, hotel, or office).

2. Booking and Payment Rules

2.2. Prices and Fees

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • The price confirmed during your booking is the final price.

  • Payment is due immediately after the service is completed.

2.3. Therapist Assignment

We assign a qualified therapist based on availability. We reserve the right to select any qualified therapist for your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Please respect our time and the therapist’s schedule.

4. Client Responsibilities and Safety Rules

4.1. Mandatory Health Disclosure

  • You must inform the therapist about any serious medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, or allergies before the session begins.

  • Failure to disclose this information may lead to the refusal or adjustment of the service for safety, with no refund.

4.2. Location Requirements

  • You must provide a safe, clean, and private space for the massage (approx. 6 ft x 10 ft needed).

  • The area must be quiet and free from distractions.

4.3. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

  • Strict Policy: We maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy against any inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances, suggestive remarks, abusive language, or unwelcome touching.

  • Consequences: Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund. Legal action may follow.

  • Nature of Service: All services are strictly non-sexual and therapeutic.

5. Our Right to Refuse Service

We may immediately stop or refuse service without a refund if:

  • The therapist feels unsafe or threatened.

  • The client is intoxicated or acting inappropriately.

  • The client has an undisclosed, infectious condition.

  • The location is unsafe or unsuitable.

6. Liability and Legal Terms

  • Injury Liability: We are not responsible for any injury resulting from your failure to disclose a medical condition or from your own negligence.

  • Property Damage: Our liability for accidental damage to your property is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts in New Delhi.
